The Importance of eBay Feedback

I was speaking with a gentleman, we'll call him Bill, a couple nights ago who asked what I do for a living. I told him that I do search engine marketing for a dropship directory company.

After further conversation with Bill's wife, I learned that her husband had actually had a dropshipping business. Apparently things were going well and he was making a lot of money. The problem is that he had started the business with his sister who later bought out the company. She made a few of the classic eBay mistakes like not delivering on time and not delivering very high quality.

Needless to say she got several negative feedback scores from various customers which ended up driving the company into the ground.

The moral of this story is not only to watch out who you go into business with; it's to be aware of the importance of your eBay Feedback if you're going to be dropshipping on eBay.
